Bits4Blinds Returns Process.
1. Bits4Blinds warrants that all Made to Measure Goods sold to You will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 36 months from the date of delivery of the goods to You, subject to normal use or fair wear and tear. Spares and Accessories carry a 12 Months materials defect warranty. All Goods must be inspected at delivery point and all damages to packaging to be reported and noted by courier and signed for as damages to product or packaging. Failure to do this can invalidate any warranty to damaged items once opened.
2. If Your Goods are defective on delivery, or a defect arises within the following Warranty period, You will be entitled to return them to Us provided You have first contacted Us through either the telephone help-line, e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to the address set out in the Contact Us section and giving Us details of the alleged defects. Please note; No warranty is extended to cover Negligence, Misuse, Malicious or Accidental damages. Once We have agreed that the Goods should be returned to Us and having ascertained that the Goods are defective We will promptly arrange:-
2.1 for a courier to collect the defective Goods from You in order to repair the Goods and return the repaired Goods to You, free of charge; or
2.2 for a courier to collect the defective Goods from You and simultaneously deliver replacement Goods of similar quality and specification, free of charge; or
2.3 if the Goods are defective on delivery, and You so request, a full refund of the price and delivery charge of the defective Goods by crediting Your debit or credit card within 30 days of receiving the defective Goods back at Bits4Blinds and providing that the Goods have not been modified or subject to misuse or negligence. Please contact Us on Our help-line or by e-mail to [email protected] for guidance on how to re-package Your Goods to return them.
3. No liability under clause 2 shall arise unless the full price of the Goods and the delivery charges have been paid in full on or before delivery.
4. Please be advised that Parts and accessories cannot be Returned or Refunded unless damaged in transit and signed as damaged or found to be flawed or faulty during extended use. Incorrect ordering or change of circumstance will not be sufficient grounds for Return.
